[Kundalini Yoga] Re: gastric acidity

 

My recipe to fight gastric acidity in 10 minutes :

1) Begin to empty the air stored in your stomach : In a sitting position, deeply exhale, hold your breath out and pump strongly your navel until you need to exhale. Begin again 3 or 4 times. Then wait a while until you feel that you need to burp. When you feel burping is coming, let you burp to empty the air you have in your stomach. If you feel you have still air to empty, begin again the whole sequence until you feel no pression in your stomach and no need to burp.

2) Fight gastric acidity : Eat somes pills of licorice, let them fully dissolve in your mouth and swallow the juice of licorice. Licorice is very effective to fight gastric acidity.

It worked for me each time I did that. I hope it will work for you and all people using this recipe.
