Sat Nam!
I have been here about.... 2 months or so. I just received my spiritual name and am practicing KY on my own using the complete course as found on Yoga technology website since there are no teachers in my area.
I am a spiritual practitioner and just felt the "calling" to practice a yogic spiritual discipline. This is for full body, mind and spirit integration, something that I strive toward consistently. I love the DVD's and feel so good when doing the practice. The only thing I am lost with is there any certain way to approach this? I want to learn the mantra's, Kriya's and meditations, is there a certain pace or order I should do this?
I will be purchasing the "I am woman" Series next month as I am a teacher of women's mysteries and rite of passage for young girls and just trying to gain all I can from the teachings without a teacher to work with.
I will be moving in a year or two to a city that has some teachers! I would love become a teacher! This is an amazing transformation, one that I hope to continue through a life time. There is so much I am still discovering that I am a bit overwhelmed.
Do you have any suggestions for a new student?
Peace and love on earth
