Hi, I have practiced yoga on and off for many years. Recently, a number of
events in my life, as well as my own intuitions, have conspired to create my
strong interest in Kundalini yoga and the chakras. I have recently had a
number of life-shaking experiences, both positive and negative. Recently, I
have noticed sensations of an energy rising through my body, often through
my spine. I have also seen various colors in conjunction with these
sensations. I have also visualized energies coming up through me from the
earth, as well as entering the crown of my head from above. I believe I
have been having my own experiences of kundalini, without having actually
studied this particular discipline. I am now interested in moving further
into these experiences, but through a more focused practice. Thank you. M
