Just a possibility.
The condition intself is not necessarily a problem, unless it goes on for a prolonged period of time. From your description, I'm assuming she is not on meds or a birth conterol that is causing this. If her interist and ob/gyn finds no physical reason, stress and anxiety can be a factor.
Perhaps there are some alternative health or herbalist experts here can advise more.. k

Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Amenorrhea

Sat Nam!
One of my students is suffering from amenorrhea. Her gynaecologist
prescribed some blood tests: everything seeems to be ok but she doesn't
menstruate. Even an hormonal treatment had no result. Physically she should
menstruate but nothing happens (this is the reason why I guess it could be
something linked to her mental/psychologica l side).
I tried to search in the archive of this group but I've just found few
informations about some foods (parsley, eggplant, sage) able to help her.
Do you know if there is something (meditations, kriyas) to suggest her?
Thank you in advance!
Blessings,
Sujan S.
