I have personally used some of the routines for anxiety, and they work! After practicing them faithfully for several months, I was able to overcome a long-standing fear of crowds to attend my son's wedding and smile, chat, and otherwise act like a civilized person. <vbg> (If only I could just maintain that discipline now that the pressure is off... <laughing at self>)
