Sat Nam everybody
I want to do Karani Kriya to help with my core identity but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. All of the information I've seen says to keep the fingers straight and touch the tips of my index and middle fingers together, but I can't do that without putting my hands at an angle or bending my middle finger (I have really long middle fingers). Is it more important to keep the fingers straight or to keep the tips touching?
Thanks in advance for your help
Jessie
