Hello:
I'm a 34 years old male who has been suffering from chronic fatigue and anxiety for the last 13 years and I'm looking for alternatives to relieve my symptoms.
I want to start doing Kundalini Yoga but most of the DVD's that I have seen do a lot of aerobic exercise which at this time I am not able to do.
I have Gurmukh's DVD but wonder if it's too much for my current conditions.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
