Hello,
In Sweden there is a special KY for those who have chronic fatigue
symptom. This is a very successful type of KY and it has helped many
recovered from this tiresome and difficult condition. Lots of deep
breathing from beginning with 3 min ryggflex. 2 - 3 times a day. Heart
meditation Guru Ram Das and Kirtan kriya. Add 3 min Sat kriya when you
feel you have built up more strength. It takes longer time to move to
next step with more exercises in a set.
