Sat Nam, My husband and I just finished teacher training at the Ashram in
Kansas City (we drove up from Rogers, AR) ... I turned 60 is may, and he
will be 64 in August. You can do it! It is an awesome experience -- just
for your own personal growth even if you never teach. Now we are looking
forward to making the time for level II modules.

Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Hello Arjinder [was Re-Intro]

That is wonderful that you are helping people reduce or eliminate pain
 medication.
I am inspired reading your story. Thank you.
Even tho I am 64 years old, I still would love to become a teacher.
I think Kundalini Yoga is the best for mental or physical pain, as well as
just to increase joy in one's life.

Good for you to be a beacon in your land.

 sat nam,
 Kartar Kaur
