I am delighted to announce the dates and locations of my fourth annual
European Tour - *September and October 2011*. These courses are for
everyone who feels the calling to join together in the space of love to
prepare for the 2012 shift to the Aquarian Age.

Students, teachers-in-training and teachers of Kundalini Yoga who have
already attended other programs are all invited. I offer my unique inner
awareness approach for teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, with
detailed materials for teaching your own courses.

Inspired by decades of daily Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice, I
share for the first time a comprehensive guide for woman's empowerment,
including valuable teaching instructions to share with other women (and
men.)
