Hi Chris - yep kundalini yoga at night, depending on the kriya can really
raise your energy and make you feel alive and vital! Good idea is to do some
forward bends, relaxing over the legs sitting down with legs straight out in
front and breathing slowly and relaxing, maybe read a book for a while in
this position. Also breathing through the left nostril can help.

I took my 1st class yesterday & it was wonderful! My only question is I had
a very hard time falling asleep last night, the class ended at 7 PM??
