Have you found the one in Kundalini Yoga for Youth and Joy, p. 26, "Kriya for relaxation and releasing fear"? (This is a challenging set even if you cut the time in half, at least to me) In my teacher training class, it was followed, back to back, with a Yogi Bhajan video called, "Take away fear & sadness". This set is totally bizarre and wonderful,and not very long. I haven't been the same since! YB said if you do this set every day for a week, you'll be good. He also said that he was getting older, would not be around much longer, and thought his students were ready for it. Touching.
