Sat Nam!
Labyrinthitis is very debilitating due to the extreme dizziness and nausea that
accompany the inflammation. I suggest meditation using the mantras
OM (on an inhalation) visualizing golden light and HUM (pronounced hoom, on the
exhalation) visualizing deep blue or sapphire. Focus the meditation on the area
behind each ear just below the mastoid bone. Massaging this area may also be
helpful.
Blessings,
Shar

Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Labyrinthitis x K.Y.
Sat Nam!
I have a student with Labyrinthitis. He is afraid of continuing the classes. In
the other hand I am also afraid of taking the responsibility to encourage him
to keep the regular classes. I would like to offer him some specific kriya for
the subject.
What do I have to avoid for a student with Labyrinthitis?
What postures and meditation could help a student with Labyrinthitis?
Thanks!
Siri Guru Dev Kaur.
