Hi RS,
I think that your issue is quite simple on the surface and a deeper part of finding the positive. For example, instead of criticizing someone and saying that they work too slow, you could instead say that they have an excellent opportunity to improve their speed. In essence, stuff happens, and what we are in control of (or strive to be anyways) is our attitude to the stuff happening. Its all in the angles.
