Guru willing, Yoga classes will resume next September 2nd (after the
August-break) and I was thinking to share a gratitude meditation with my
students.
I've found the "Meditation for Developing an Attitude of Gratitude" in a
book of Hari Kaur Khalsa (p.94 of "A Woman's Book of Meditation"): do you
think I can share it with my male students as well?
If not, can you suggest me a gratitude meditation to share with all my
students?
