Is is possible to practice this kriya for less than 11 minutes on each part - everywhere I have looked it seems to demand the full time - why is that?

hey! assuming you have found an answer in the past seven years, i'll answer for anyone floating around the internet wondering the same question.
ReplyDeletefrom my understanding from currently being in the process of taking taking level one kundalini yoga teacher training, you can cut the times proportionally, like each exercise by 1/2, 1/3, etc. the key word is proportionate! since the kriyas were designed with specific time sequences, you should try to keep it as close to original while cutting it down.
that being said, after cutting the times down, you can always build up the time gradually for the future and eventually master the full times!
i hope this helped.
