Sat nam,
I am writing just to say that though I am a baby beginner with Kundalini, it has changed my life. I love this practice...
My question for the group is, why, if you are doing a 40 day practice, when you have to miss one day, must you start over? My problem is that about every 8-10 days, something comes up where I can't practice, and then I have to start all over again. it would seem to me that if you miss only one day, you can just keep up.
A second question is, if you are doing a set of kriyas and meditation, if you don't have the time to do the kriya, can you just do the meditation and that counts?
Finally, as to feeling the kundalini energy rising. I used to think that this was something like magic, I'd have a wow moment, and be totally changed. I am beginning to wonder if it may not be a more imperceptible thing, where you just grow to be more and more aware and energetic as time goes on? And the magic is simply the strength that happens as you continue your practice? I am not expressing myself well here, but I think that I am not looking for a magic moment with fireworks and bells anymore. I am looking to wake up one morning and just be fully alive. Is that right?
thanks, and blessings
Shaun (my new sprirtual name is Gianjot Kaur. I have to get used to it.....!)
