Its translated to french so I dont know the exact title but I can try to describe it .
Actualy it's one from the "Owner's manual for the human body" page 26 Y.B. 21 september 1988.
Starts with lying on the back and brathing as if you were snoring - for 1 1/2 minutes.
Then same position , legs straight and up at 20cm. 2 minutes.
Then to the legs up like that add the breth of fire for 1 1/2 minutes.
after, feet un 90*, hitting by hands as strong possible and getting out the anger 2 1/2 min.
etc.
Do yu need me to tell you all or you can recognise it ?
It ens with the sat Kriya for 1min 15 sec.
all in all - around 30minutes.
After the set I do a meditation for 11min "wahe guru, wahe guru" so called : PRAAN ADHAAR KRIYA
