I have two questions (for now) anyway. I have been practicing K yoga for about four months and hatha yoga for about three years so I am a novice.
I have been practicing Lesson 06 FLEXIBILITY OF THE SPINE. I was wondering if my body will become accustomed to doing that sequence or will going deeper into the exercises keep that from happening?
Also, I have been feeling (off and on) a vibrating sensation at the front of my pubic bone. Can anyone tell me anything about that?
