I just discovered your website and it gives lots of useful information on Kundalini Yoga. I am a beginner at Kundalini Yoga. I just started few weeks ago with Ana Brett "Kundalini for Beginners and Beyond". I like Kundalini Yoga very much. I came by kundalini yoga by accident was browsing internet on chakras information and saw Ana Brett's Dance through Charis Kundalini Yoga, decided to try Kundalini Yoga (we used breath of fire at the seminar it was something unbelievable) and now do it every day. I was also taking meditation classes and completed Merkaba, Ego and Exchange of Uniqness (opening second chakra) Seminars with Tom de Winter. Currently I am registered for a seminar with Ikko Dai Ajari a monk/buddhism teacher from Japan his first time in USA practical teaching of Mikkyo seminar - "Enlightment". I think that Kundalini Yoga will tie everything together all that I did and will do. I am also trying to see if I can change my
diet and life style to a healthy and more spiritual. The only difficulty I am having right now is breath of fire and my back gets too tensed when doing spine exercises. But I believe with practice I will be able to master it.
