Thank you tremendously for the kind words, suggestions, and reminders. I heard my inner Guru speak for the first time today. It said stop fighting. Stop fighting. Then, I read this post. :) My heart filled with joy. I've been fighting my whole life through everything I do instead of taking in the moment. I've been so bent on doing things "right" or proper. Being authentic or by the book. With Kundalini and having no personal in person teacher, it has been easy to really get caught up in that. Then, I heard my Guru. I read your post and it reinforced what I had already realized, that God has provided me with the perfect time for meditation and that my meditation can be practically anything and still be a true Kundalini meditation. Thank you. And being reminded that the little beings I am caring for were known by God and chose me before their birth into human bodies is something I needed. They chose me for a reason, and I chose to be a mother. It is the
path that God had in store for me.
Now, onward to learning more about what is "real" Kundalini yoga and trying not to get too caught up in having to do certain things for myself to see any benefit.
