I have had this kind of problem with stress and anxiety. What seems to help me most is to do alot of KY. Long Deep Breathing is helpful as well as segmented breathing and exercises that stretch from the heart center up like Cobra and Camel with BOF. Getting my heart rate up seems to be helpful in getting rid of some of that stress, punching with the breath held in.
