I've found that when I can get find enough time or energy to work though a complex yoga session then I'll sit on a chair and breath in while mentally saying "Sat" and exhale while mentally saying "Nam"
If once a week is all you have time for then it's better then nothing. I try to do it every day but that never quite works out.

I'm not sure where to start... I have been so wrapped up in stress and financial instability while trying to raise my daughter in a comfortable and spiritual environment. .. I have been trying to commit to a meditation to help find a balance and bring prosperity to myself and the people around me but I just can't decide whats best for me as a musician and a new father...
I need help deciding what is best so I can bring peace and harmony to my home and myself...
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Infinite love,
Harkirat Singh.
