[Kundalini Yoga] Re: Sodarshan Chakra Kriya

thanks for the message, it made me start doing this kriya :)
I managed to do it for 5min ans I feel like I'm confronting my fears as I
have a strong feeling that I cant hold the breath or to be without it during
the exercise.

I hope to have a nice experince anyway!
