[Kundalini Yoga] Kundalini Yoga Books

 

I am new to Kundalini. I would like to purchase books that will help me to better understand Kundalini Yoga, how it works on the body, kriyas, mantras, there are many books listed but i am not sure which would be the right one to start with. I would appreciate recommendations. Also if anybody knows of Kundalini studio in New York.
