I understand, a warning, but no information. If you repeat the mantra 3
times in a monotone on one breath, there is not much room for variation
of rhythm. If you feel comfortable with what you are chanting you are
doing it in the right rhythm. You will start to feel that the mantra
chants itself. Relax and enjoy. You will get the effects.
