I am trying to return to a daily practice. {I did it over 4 months, and then stopped. :< }
I did the Kryia for elevation. It is relatively "easy", of course you can make it more challenging by extending the time for each movement. For me I wanted to gain consistency.
Perhaps we can each start a daily practice and encourage each other. I find it easier if I am doing it with someone, even if that someone may be miles away.
what do you think?
