Sat Nam,
I would suggest that irrespective of what meditation you do, do the standard
warm-up exercises first and pulling long on the Root Lock in-between each
exercise.
Good pranayamas and consciously working the kundalini energy up the spinal
column. All of this is meditation.
It would also be good to know if you are specifically concerned about a
particular vertebra' as this will in turn relate to somewhere else in one of
your bodies etc.
I will be interesting to hear others comments and ideas.
