  Any suggestions about nightly sweats? reasons...? any kriyas /diet to help those?

  Another question..�can kundalini yoga (BOF excercises) agitate/excite nervous system heavily at times? notice some throbbing,flickering inside�all�cells/nadis moreso at night.� How can we keep the body calm through out the day after the excercises? please advise.
