I am not a doctor but I did get myself better from RSI.
Muscular Skeletal Disorders are problems where excess tension and other things cause a whole range of problems including various RSI's, Back Ache and I think I recall De Quervain's. There is a common underlying problem with all these things. Fixing that is supposed to work better than addressing the specific symptoms which is what most doctors try to do. Yoga did this very well for me.
My web page http://www.keithkyoga.me.uk/rsi.php
tells how I got better from RSI and has links to the three web sites of people that gave me the understanding of how to help myself.
Try Sharon Butler's site first.
Best wishes,
Keith
