To the lady with teh sore back. I would like to add myself to this request. I recently had an MRI reflecting two herniated disks in my L5 and S1. I am in a back brace and headed back to physical therapy this week as well as a neurosurgeon. I DO NOT INTEND TO HAVE SURGERY. Thanks to all.
