Doing Sitali Pranayam done regularly and frequently during the day helps.

Sat Nam Friends,
I had a woman call me yesterday who is interested in attending my Kundalini Yoga class. One of her health concerns is high blood pressure. I thought any set might be helpful - but wondered if anyone knows of a specific set or meditation to help lower blood pressure. I would welcome and appreciate any suggestions you may have.
