Sat Nam, You are probably do a lot of cleansing, release toxins into the
system to be flushed from the body. Be sure to drink a lot of water (lemon
water even better). Kriyas create different responses in different people,
depend on emotional & physical histories. This is, of course, just my
opinion. If it is very intense, always consult with your dr.

Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Nausea
Hi everybody!
I have one question: the last week I was practice with my students the Kriya
"Stimulate the body to stand up to daily stress" from the Yogi Bhajan book
"Kundalini Yoga". Everything was OK but a student (she is a woman about 40
years) told me, at the end of the class, she was sick during the kriya. She
felt something like a nausea. Sometimes it happens to me too... could anyone
explain me why?
Thanks in advance! :)
Sat Nam
