Sat Nam!
I like "Jai te Gang" so I'm searching a meditation to work with this mantra.
I've found (Psyche of the Golden Shield") the shabad "Jai Jai Jag Kaaran
(Jai Taygan)" - to brings courage and excellence - te be recited eleven
times a day at least for 40 days.
Do you know other meditations using this mantra?

does it work in the same way (to be recited eleven times a day) or it has
to be recited 11 minutes?
