Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Looking at the tip of the nose
Sat Nam,
I have seen a number of kriyas, etc., that require eyes 9/10 closed,
looking at the tip of the nose. Does this mean looking cross eyed? I can't see
how else to do that.
Dan
