I've not seen a blue light but such things are mentioned by people that do a lot more meditation than I have.
I found crossed eyes difficult at first.
Someone told me that it stretches and frees the optical nerve. Around the eyes are some of the muscles that cause tension headaches so freeing them up seems like a good idea.
I'm very interested in yoga and the eyes as I'm hoping it will stop me from needing glasses as I get older.
