sat nam,
Look IN... that is the work! Any thing outside of you is a "projection" of reality withIN you. So much easier to point out (blame, shame, guilt, fear), no thing changes UNTIL you fix these states withIN you. Do more yoga (that will address hormones and many more), surrender to YOUR process, Accept with Courage your shadow aspects that makes you depressed.
Endeavor to Let Go rather than Resist your process. Feel every thing and Let it go. Ask yourself IF you "really" want to heal, whatever the answer is... commit to that.... you can always change "your story" when you please. Stay Awake... Yoga helps with ALL aspects of you. Go deeply withIN, feel all the angst, LEARN the lessons and move on.
"Anger is an awesome emotion if used properly; Worry lets you know where your limitations lie, and Fear points you in the direction of more Love. Trouble is where you need more Authorship. Faith is not what you live in, it's self trust. Whether you are true to self or not. The whole reality is basically True to Self." - Rick Paris

This has happened to me many times. Is it wrong for me to correlate my depression with some event that happened at the same time? If such things can happen, how should I develop immunity to it? Should I chalk it up to hormones and weather changes?
