Thanks everyone!. For dry eye relief, looks like warm compress gives a great relief, I tried that and I can see that the redness goes away instantly, it is like stretching the tear ducts! :-).
Warm compress : dip a towel in hot water and put it over the eyes, repeat 2-3 times, especially before bed time.
Flaxseed oil capsules provide great relief as well.

I agree. I put honey in my eyes once and they became very inflamed and I
would never do it again. I don't have trouble with allergies and I eat honey
but putting it in my eyes was not a good idea. Pat.
