I have to ask are you practicing Mul Bhandh after each posture with the inhale and the exhale?
This is extremely important. For those few moments we apply a lock, seal and overcome the inertia of the effects our 1st, 2nd and 3rd Chakras have on most of us, 24/7. If we're lucky when we sleep, perhaps 31 of those minutes we actually go beyond time/space..... if we're lucky.
Practice Mulbhand after each posture, strongly and consciously.
That said, ain't nothing wrong with an orgasmic release.
