Re: [Kundalini Yoga] Senses

 

Dear Guru Rattana,
Sorry for the late reply--I had no internet for a while.

I've been hesitant to continue with meditation or other spiritual practices because it seems to make me more sensitive. I will try and create good energy. I have a good sense of humour in general. I'm not sure whether I should be using my will to manipulate things when I hear bad things in my mind...should I mentally shout "stop" when I hear someone plotting something nasty....direct positive emotions at a thought that floats into my mind? Not sure how that's really done but I figure that I wouldn't be made a witness to all kinds of disgusting things if there wasn't some way to help.
