Hello, My name is Alex Pollock and I live in Rockford, IL. I am a certified teacher of Hatha yoga, but have found Kundalini yoga more healing in the recent years. I don't think there are any teachers of this yoga in my immediate area. I have DVDs that I use. I have some questions about certain emotions that come to the surface a day or two later and is it the practice that can dislodge them? Would love to know. ALex
