Hi Jane,
I seem so resistent to structure that I can't even practice for 30min at a set date each week. There is a place that teaches it but I bought all these books on KY and it would be so much cheaper if I could get my act together and practice. Thanks for the help.

Remember that KY is best practiced in community and its effects are magnified by regular classes with others. Although your sadhana practice may be solitary, it is important to get to a yoga center regularly and mix with the "company of saints" on a regular basis. Otherwise the diet, the tea, the cold showers, and the early rising can seem too harsh. Personally I believe that you somehow find the right practice for your current stage of life. Sometimes you need to practice for 20 minutes at 5pm because 2 hours at 4:00 am leaves you too exhausted to get through the day. Just remember to love and have compassion for yourself first. That way whatever your practice is or becomes you are reminded how fortunate you are to have the time and space to practice yoga and evolve in increments towards your true self.
Love and LIght
Jane Bentley
