Namaste all,
Can someone pleae suggest a good exercise to free up/maintain freedom of movement in the hips. I am 56yo male in good condition but getting stiff thru the middle restricting my capacity to sit semi-lotus (forget full lotus, my ankles just won;t do it) and do quick acceleration, say to sprint for a bus. My GP thinks I'm showing early signs of osteo-arthritis, but I am determined to fight this.
