Sitting still in your own stillness is also disturbing to people who do not
understand your process so I would suggest that you consider doing some
silent breath exercises like long slow in, hold in, long slow out, hold out
etc. Let me know what happens and how long you get to do the various holds.

Subject: [Kundalini Yoga] Suggestions for Comute mediation?
My new job will include a 40 minute bus comute. Any suggestions for a
meditation that will be subtle? This will be in addition to the morning 31
minute Sodarshan Chakra Kriya. Would love to do kirtan kriya, but don't want
to disturb the other commuters.
