Yes, please, if you have tips. I have tried so many times to start this one, cause I know it will be good for me. But I get scared and angry at it, and stop after a couple of days.
Thanks,
shaun

I'll let Yogi Bhajan describe SCK:
"This is one of the greatest meditations you can practice. It has considerable transformational powers. The personal identity is rebuilt, giving the individual a new perspective on the Self. It retrains the mind. According to the tantra shastras, it can purify your past karma and the subconscious impulses that may block you from fulfilling you. It balances all the 27 facets of life and mental projection, and gives you the pranic power of health and healing It establishes inner happiness and a state of flow and ecstasy in life."
It has also been described as "the highest meditation". In my personal experience I might qualify that statement. For me it is not the "highest meditation" in the sense that I "feel high" from it - That would probably be Sat Kriya or Eyes of Indra. SCK for me is one of the best meditations for clearing the subconscious mind, which if you think about it is pretty cool.
The 3Ho pdf file on it is at http://www.3ho.org/resources/pdfs/sodarshanchakrakriya.pdf
If you want to try it there are a few tips that are not on the PDF that make it easier to get into - feel free to ask.
be well,
tom
