Tammy is a certified teacher of living yoga with an emphasis on Kundalini and the ancient Mayan Calendar. Through classes, she interweaves both the primordial techniques of Kundalini Yoga and shares her bright insights on our conscious connection to ALL through the living oracle of the Mayan Calendar.

Tammy is dedicated to sharing the powerful techniques of Kundalini Yoga to those individuals who are ready to receive them.

During the retreat we will immerse ourselves into spirit and find what we have always been looking for. Our days and classes will be filled with kriya, pranayama, mantra, laughter, joy, questions, consciousness cultivation talks, drum circles, shamanic songs and healing techniques, and Tibetan bowl meditation healing sessions.
