you actually chant Wahe Guru ... long drawn out ... holding hands in a
circle, right palm face down, left palm face up, "leader chants, everyone
chants in back together, leader says "sat nam", then next person on the left
is the leader ... etc. continually for 11 to 31 minutes. You can find
directions for this online .. it is officially called the "healing Ring of
Tantra".

Good morning. I am brand new to the group and just wanted to wish everyone well. I hope to gain some information regarding the practice of yoga. I lead a stressful life, especially with regard to my profession, and I am hoping yoga will bring many health benefits and a calming spirit. Have a great day!

[Kundalini Yoga] Psychic question

I noticed that in the book it mentions methods on how to develop psychic powers but also mentions that they are hard to keep (or something along that line). I'd like to know if this is the case with other types of meditation training like Wiccan techniques, qi gong etc.

I'll still do kundalini yoga but I want the abilities to stick around because I'm interested in psychic reading as a profession. I want to be the type of reader who relies only on psychic ability.
